Lead technical support for enterprise sales across the Chicago territory, conducting discovery, designing cybersecurity solution architectures, delivering demonstrations and proofs of concept, and managing technical evaluations. The role handles RFPs, security questionnaires, customer handoffs, and early implementation support while partnering with account executives, product, engineering, support, and customer success teams. It also contributes to sales enablement, conveys customer feedback into product strategy, and maintains technical engagement records.

Lead Censys’ product management organization and unified exposure management strategy across attack surface management and supply chain intelligence. Create secure, context-aware user experiences while evaluating model performance with RAGAS, LangSmith, and regression testing. Collaborate with product, frontend, data engineering, and other teams to deliver low-latency, reliable AI capabilities.

Build highly available, scalable distributed systems and real-time data services supporting Internet-wide scanning, DNS resolution, certificate ingestion, security research, and customer applications. Extensive travel across the Gulf and META region is required.
