The Director of Business Development will build and manage partnerships with federal systems integrators, drive revenue growth, and develop customer-centric solutions. This role requires strong networking, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

Lead technical engagement for prospects in Japan: drive discovery, design solutions, deliver demos and POCs, support deployments and integrations, validate product value against competitors, influence roadmap, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Require bilingual communication and security domain expertise.

Sell Censys security data and SaaS to enterprise and upper mid-market customers in Japan. Build pipeline via inbound and outbound, partner with channel resellers, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, exceed quota, maintain accurate forecasts, and contribute to sales playbook and processes.
