Drives revenue growth for K12 print and digital products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline creation, forecasting, account planning, consultative solution selling, product demonstrations, negotiations, renewals, and account expansion. The role builds relationships with educational institutions and decision-makers, collaborates with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations, and maintains accurate CRM reporting. Extensive territory travel is required.

Manage procurement and contracting operations in SAP, including SOWs, purchase orders, invoices, vendor financial tracking, budget monitoring, and reporting. Maintain team rosters and resource allocations, support governance and compliance processes, improve operational workflows, and document core procedures. Partner with Finance, Procurement, technology leaders, and Product Operating Model teams to improve financial transparency, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Design textbook covers and institutional study materials according to brand guidelines and creative briefs. Revise designs based on senior designer feedback, prepare print-ready artwork, edit images and graphics, maintain project assets, and collaborate with Product, Editorial, Marketing, and Sales teams. Assist with promotional creatives while learning publishing, branding, and print production standards.

Support digital marketing campaigns, create content and marketing assets, maintain campaign trackers and reports, and conduct basic market research. Assist customer onboarding, handle customer communications, track and resolve queries, gather feedback, and maintain customer records to ensure smooth adoption and data accuracy.
