Owns territory revenue growth for Cengage Test Prep and digital learning products. Responsibilities include pipeline creation, forecasting, sales execution, consultative solution selling, product demonstrations, account expansion, customer relationship management, negotiations, and collaboration with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations. The role serves educational institutions and requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory, with the ability to commute to Noida.

Drives revenue growth for K12 print and digital products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline creation, forecasting, account planning, consultative solution selling, product demonstrations, negotiations, renewals, and account expansion. The role builds relationships with educational institutions and decision-makers, collaborates with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations, and maintains accurate CRM reporting. Extensive territory travel is required.

Manage procurement and contracting operations in SAP, including SOWs, purchase orders, invoices, vendor financial tracking, budget monitoring, and reporting. Maintain team rosters and resource allocations, support governance and compliance processes, improve operational workflows, and document core procedures. Partner with Finance, Procurement, technology leaders, and Product Operating Model teams to improve financial transparency, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
