Provide administrative and operational support to portfolio and production teams, coordinate workflows, maintain records, onboard and support vendors and external partners, process SOWs/purchase orders and invoices, and perform light production and project management tasks including data entry, content uploads, and inbox management.

Support digital marketing campaigns, create content and marketing assets, maintain campaign trackers and reports, and conduct basic market research. Assist customer onboarding, handle customer communications, track and resolve queries, gather feedback, and maintain customer records to ensure smooth adoption and data accuracy.
