Administers and develops MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Azure API Management in a regulated healthcare environment. Responsibilities include platform configuration, runtime deployment, API policy management, migration from MuleSoft to Azure APIM, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code automation, Linux administration, networking, monitoring, incident response, security compliance, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and technical mentoring.

Leads complex global business transitions involving process changes, service migrations, operating model shifts, and organizational realignment. Develops transition strategies, project plans, governance frameworks, and stakeholder communications; manages risks, dependencies, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, change management, and stabilization. The role coordinates cross-functional workstreams, ensures compliance and quality, analyzes outcomes, and drives continuous improvement across global business services or shared services environments.

Supports Cencora’s U.S. Public Policy and Advocacy team through federal and state policy research, legislative and regulatory monitoring, advocacy resource development, briefing preparation, data validation, meeting coordination, knowledge management, and project tracking. The intern drafts summaries and presentation materials, attends policy events, collaborates cross-functionally, maintains project documentation, and presents internship outcomes in a final presentation.
