Responsibilities include integrating ERP, Salesforce, portals, transportation, route planning, inventory, monitoring, driver, vehicle, and financial systems through APIs and event-driven architecture. The role supports cloud migration, interoperability, architecture standards, delivery teams, investment decisions, and AI-enabled architecture documentation. Success requires reliable real-time visibility, scalable and secure systems, clear communication, and alignment between business and IT stakeholders in a regulated global environment.
