Performs routine IT system administration, including user account maintenance, access provisioning, configuration updates, system monitoring, scheduled maintenance, documentation, and incident or service request ticket routing. Follows established procedures and runbooks while escalating system anomalies and service disruptions to senior team members.

Designs and governs ServiceNow solutions by translating stakeholder requirements into scalable technical architectures aligned with platform best practices. Evaluates features, plans product roadmaps, documents designs, ensures security and performance, reduces technical debt, and recommends cost-effective solutions. The role also provides technical coaching to developers, estimates solution complexity, supports integrations, and maintains expertise across ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, SPM, and Knowledge Management.

Ten-week onsite operations internship at a distribution center focused on supply chain functions, workforce leadership, business-process analysis, operational metrics, workload planning, team meetings, and project execution. Interns rotate through departments, develop leadership and communication skills, participate in training, and present accomplishments to senior leadership. The role requires flexibility across shifts, including evenings and weekends, and supports development of future supply chain leaders.
