Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes: develop recruitment strategy, create requisitions in ATS/Workday, source and screen candidates, prepare offers, conduct onboarding and I-9s, maintain compliance (EEO/AA), support recruiting events and stakeholder coordination.

Administer and support core business systems, gather and document requirements, build reports/dashboards, manage integrations and vendors, perform UAT and QA, train users, and resolve application issues to improve operational efficiency.

Manage and grow customer accounts for Cemstone Concrete Materials across a regional territory. Bid residential and light commercial projects, prospect for new customers, promote full product lines, perform field testing and quality-control tasks, handle administrative duties and customer issues, represent the company at trade shows and presentations, and may assist with collections.

Manage creation, maintenance, and quality control of item master data in NetSuite. Coordinate with stakeholders, enforce SOPs and data security, identify cleansing opportunities, document processes, and support ERP updates and process improvements.
