Manages construction projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, site inspections, quality monitoring, cost control, change orders, and regulatory compliance. The role attends job site meetings and concrete placements while supporting customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and project success. Work occurs across offices, production facilities, yards, and active job sites, with occasional extended shifts and physical demands.

Provide in-office executive-level administrative support for C-suite leaders: manage calendars, travel, communications, confidential records, prepare reports and presentations, organize meetings and board materials, coordinate logistics, and support special projects while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Monitor and analyze inventory valuation, production run rates, variances, material and freight costs. Develop and maintain standard costs, process monthly cost allocations and closings, manage inventory master data and BOMs, support physical inventories and audits, prepare sales/use tax returns, document procedures, assist EDI onboarding, and perform periodic plant visits to improve costing accuracy and efficiency.
