Provide in-office executive-level administrative support for C-suite leaders: manage calendars, travel, communications, confidential records, prepare reports and presentations, organize meetings and board materials, coordinate logistics, and support special projects while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Lead regional safety programs across manufacturing, ready-mix, aggregate, and construction operations. Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations; coach leadership; interpret OSHA/MSHA/DOT/HAZMAT regulations; support industrial hygiene, safety metrics, budgeting, and regulatory relationships. Travel across five states to support operations.

Monitor and analyze inventory valuation, production run rates, variances, material and freight costs. Develop and maintain standard costs, process monthly cost allocations and closings, manage inventory master data and BOMs, support physical inventories and audits, prepare sales/use tax returns, document procedures, assist EDI onboarding, and perform periodic plant visits to improve costing accuracy and efficiency.
