Supervise floor production employees, assign duties, monitor safety, quality, productivity, equipment setup and operation, and complete production records. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Sources new sales opportunities from pre-qualified leads, develops existing customer relationships through upselling, and manages assigned accounts by phone. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining products and quotes, preparing pricing and reports, coordinating customer projects, resolving issues across departments, and supporting outside sales representatives. The role also maintains customer records, tracks orders and approvals, supports bids and surveys, and assists with marketing materials. Advanced Excel proficiency, ERP knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to understand mechanical drawings are required.
