Supervise floor production employees, assign duties, monitor safety, quality, productivity, equipment setup and operation, and complete production records. Coach and develop staff, troubleshoot operational issues, verify product specifications, support continuous improvement, maintain organized work areas, and collaborate across departments. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Handle customer questions, orders, returns, billing issues, project updates, and service requests. Maintain electronic and physical customer records, process invoices and shipping paperwork, coordinate production schedules and deliveries, manage customer inventories, and collaborate with sales, credit, production, shipping, and vendors. Support quotes, forecasts, customer outreach, dispute resolution, and timely communication while following safety, compliance, and business-conduct standards.

Sources new sales opportunities from pre-qualified leads, develops existing customer relationships through upselling, and manages assigned accounts by phone. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining products and quotes, preparing pricing and reports, coordinating customer projects, resolving issues across departments, and supporting outside sales representatives. The role also maintains customer records, tracks orders and approvals, supports bids and surveys, and assists with marketing materials. Advanced Excel proficiency, ERP knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to understand mechanical drawings are required.
