Manages daily manufacturing production activities, supervisors, staffing, safety, quality, productivity, KPI tracking, scheduling, and employee development. Reviews machine data, ensures production policies and procedures are followed, supports continuous improvement, resolves cross-department issues, and maintains organized operations. Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime.
