Candidates need 7+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with database, analytics, data infrastructure, or AI sales experience preferred.

Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 30 go-to-market hires, primarily across sales, sales engineering, SDR, marketing, and customer success. Partner with hiring managers and executives on role definition, sourcing, interviews, candidate experience, metrics, offer negotiation, and closing. Build closed-loop attribution from ad spend to pipeline, manage tracking standards, optimize landing pages and conversion rates, run structured experiments, oversee budgets and vendors, and report performance against SQLs and opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with GTM Systems, product marketing, content, design, Finance, and leadership.

Drive technical product marketing for PhoenixAI’s Agentic Database through technical content, developer evangelism, live demos, community engagement, sales enablement, product launches, competitive intelligence, and messaging. Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to communicate product capabilities, support adoption, train sales teams, and gather market feedback. The role requires hands-on software development, database expertise, strong technical writing, and confident public speaking.

Lead presales technical evaluations, presentations, customized demos, solution architecture, and proof-of-concepts for an Agentic AI Database. Guide customers through onboarding and deployment, drive adoption and expansion, troubleshoot technical issues, and act as a trusted post-sale partner. Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams while documenting evaluations and supporting webinars, conferences, and thought leadership.
