Drive enterprise sales for PhoenixAI’s Agentic AI Database by creating revenue plans, generating awareness, qualifying opportunities, closing deals, and building executive relationships with AI and data infrastructure leaders. The role also involves collaborating with Marketing on business development events and maintaining accurate CRM records. Candidates need 7+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with database, analytics, data infrastructure, or AI sales experience preferred.

Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 30 go-to-market hires, primarily across sales, sales engineering, SDR, marketing, and customer success. Partner with hiring managers and executives on role definition, sourcing, interviews, candidate experience, metrics, offer negotiation, and closing. Build talent pipelines through outbound recruiting and referrals, recruit technical field roles, advise on market conditions and compensation, and establish scalable recruiting processes and documentation in a fast-growing AI startup.

Own and scale PhoenixAI’s multi-channel paid media programs across search, social, programmatic, account-based advertising, and content channels. Build closed-loop attribution from ad spend to pipeline, manage tracking standards, optimize landing pages and conversion rates, run structured experiments, oversee budgets and vendors, and report performance against SQLs and opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with GTM Systems, product marketing, content, design, Finance, and leadership.
