Manages day-to-day HR operations for U.S. manufacturing and corporate functions. Advises leaders and employees on employee relations, performance, compliance, workforce planning, leave, accommodations, engagement, compensation, and organizational development. Oversees HRIS data, employee lifecycle processes, audits, policies, reporting, and process improvements. Partners with talent acquisition and operations, supervises HR staff, supports organizational change, and provides HR leadership coverage in the Director’s absence. The role is fully onsite and requires occasional travel and support for multiple shifts.

The Technical Writer will create high-quality documentation for CEL's power solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and usability.

HR Business Partner advising senior leaders across Irish and US operations. Responsibilities include workforce planning, employee relations, employment-law compliance, performance and talent management, reward, engagement, organisational change, HR analytics, dashboards, HRIS implementation, and scalable policy and process development in a fast-growing engineering and manufacturing business.

Partners with leaders and employees across manufacturing and operational teams to provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, compliance, engagement, and retention. Conducts investigations, coaches managers, supports talent and succession planning, analyzes workforce metrics, and maintains a visible HR presence on the production floor. Collaborates on hiring, onboarding, leave, accommodations, benefits, payroll, audits, and employee lifecycle matters.

Leads costing strategy, standard and project costing, pricing governance, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory valuation, and project financial controls. Partners with Operations, Sales, and Project leadership on bids, margins, cost-to-complete, change orders, and cost reduction. Oversees SAP and reporting processes, drives automation, and manages the Cost and Management Accountant team.

Own product and service costing, cost centre reporting, profitability analysis, inventory valuation, COGS reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. Partner with project, operations, and commercial teams to analyze variances, improve margins, support pricing decisions, and enhance SAP-based cost tracking. Maintain standard costs, BOM costing, overhead rates, and project financial reporting while driving process improvements and automation.

Coordinate employee lifecycle activities from offer acceptance through offboarding, including onboarding, contracts, pre-employment checks, probation tracking, HR records, reporting, policy documentation, and employee support. Maintain HRIS and timekeeping data, support HRIS implementation and migration projects, ensure GDPR and Irish compliance, coordinate training and performance cycles, and contribute to HR process improvements across Ireland and the United States.

Owns full-cycle recruitment for CEL’s Ireland operation, managing entry- to mid-level requisitions across sales, finance, production, engineering, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, stakeholder partnership, talent pipeline development, employer branding, ATS data management, KPI reporting, compliance, and candidate experience. The role supports rapid organizational growth through structured, data-driven recruitment processes and continuous improvement.

Leads complex, high-value customer projects across international operations while overseeing a portfolio of concurrent projects and managing Project Managers. Responsibilities include project governance, financial performance, scheduling, risk and change management, customer and executive stakeholder engagement, contract oversight, supplier coordination, and cross-functional delivery across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and finance teams.

Leads complex, high-value customer programmes across international manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include programme governance, integrated scheduling, risk and change management, financial and capacity planning, subcontractor oversight, delivery performance, customer communication, and process improvement. The role partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Project Management teams to improve delivery certainty, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while scaling global programme capabilities.

Own and optimize SAP Business ByDesign across Ireland and the United States. Provide ERP support to manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, quality, project, and finance teams; manage configuration, workflows, access, master data, reporting, integrations, testing, releases, and user training. Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives while helping define CEL’s future ERP strategy and systems roadmap.

Produce accurate 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings for electrical switchgear. Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with CAD standards. Collaborate with electrical designers, project managers, production, and suppliers, maintain BOMs and component libraries, provide production support, and optimise designs for material efficiency and fabrication.
