Owns PMO governance, lifecycle controls, portfolio reporting, scheduling, forecasting, risk escalation, and data integrity across manufacturing projects. The role maintains project schedules and systems, builds Power BI dashboards, coordinates cross-functional planning meetings, manages change and baseline controls, supports recovery plans, and drives PMO process improvements. It requires close collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Finance at the on-site Williamsburg, Virginia manufacturing facility.

Designs and maintains 3D CAD models, mechanical assemblies, sheet metal components, and 2D manufacturing drawings for switchgear and power distribution products. Manages BOMs, CAD libraries, documentation, tolerances, and material specifications. Optimizes designs for manufacturability, cost, and assembly while interpreting electrical schematics. Collaborates with electrical designers, project managers, production teams, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and support manufacturing.

Perform maintenance, testing, fault diagnosis and emergency support for LV and MV switchgear across client sites. Deliver PPM, relay and breaker testing, isolation and switching operations, commissioning, documentation, and customer-facing technical support while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The Modular Design Manager oversees the Modular Design Team, ensuring compliance with standards, providing project reports, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in modular construction.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex switchgear projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and seamless integration into critical infrastructure while managing risks and stakeholders.

The Project Engineer at CEL will liaise between production and engineering teams, resolve technical queries, manage project data, and improve designs for electrical switchgear products.

Produce accurate 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings for electrical switchgear. Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with CAD standards. Collaborate with electrical designers, project managers, production, and suppliers, maintain BOMs and component libraries, provide production support, and optimise designs for material efficiency and fabrication.

The Product Quality Engineer will ensure manufacturing quality through process control, defect prevention, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.

Lead technical support in pre-sales for power distribution solutions, develop proposals, ensure design compliance, and manage post-sales processes.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee Modular Solutions projects, ensuring compliance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence while driving cost-effective and timely delivery of power distribution solutions.

The External Sales Director will lead customer acquisition and revenue growth in mission-critical sectors by building relationships with key accounts and driving sales strategy execution.

The Technical Writer will create high-quality documentation for CEL's power solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and usability.

Manage supplier qualification, compliance, and performance for Low Voltage Switchgear/PDU components. Conduct audits, incoming inspection, NCR resolution, data analysis (SPC), and partner cross-functionally for new product introductions and continuous improvement.
