Lead technology strategy and cybersecurity for the company, manage MSP and vendor relationships, drive AI and emerging technology adoption, oversee IT operations and compliance (including CMMC Level 2), and mentor a small internal IT team to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Serve as in-house attorney owning contract intake, review, negotiation, approvals, and execution across prime contracts, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and RFPs. Provide daily legal advice, manage contract compliance, support disputes, develop contracting playbooks, maintain contract repository, and implement AI-enabled review and lightweight automations to accelerate contract workflows.
