Lead construction quality control for energy efficiency and retrofit projects: develop QC plans, perform daily site inspections, oversee ECM installations, manage testing/commissioning, maintain documentation, coordinate subcontractors, support M&V and O&M, and contribute to project scheduling and business development.

Manage client relationships and day-to-day performance-period activities for ESPC/UESC projects: oversee O&M vendors, coordinate with M&V and commissioning teams, drive technical issue resolution, manage budgets/invoicing, ensure contract compliance, and lead annual reporting while identifying renewal and expansion opportunities.

Drive expansion by prospecting new clients, managing the sales lifecycle, and leading the development of high-impact proposals for efficiency solutions.
