Assist operators with operation and maintenance of vacuum trucks, hydro-vac, high-pressure water jetting and specialty cleaning equipment. Perform physically demanding tasks including working at heights and in confined spaces, equipment checks, rigging, hauling hoses and PPE, completing paperwork, and maintaining site safety and cleanliness.

Support welders and crew during an industrial turnaround: prepare materials, handle and position steel, operate hand and power tools, load/unload trucks, maintain clean safe job sites, follow PPE and safety procedures.

Assist pipefitters and the decommissioning team with equipment removal, demolition, site remediation, tool and area maintenance, and general labour tasks while following site safety procedures and regulatory requirements. On-the-job training provided.

Coordinate centralized corporate travel: book travel and accommodation, manage travel policy compliance, handle emergencies and last-minute changes, monitor contracts, work with Travel Management Company, develop KPIs and cost-saving initiatives, assist finance with reconciliation.

Coordinate manpower and equipment, manage projects, build customer relationships, provide leadership and on-call emergency response, and optimize resource allocation for safe, efficient, cost-effective service delivery.

Lead regional field operations for turnaround and maintenance in oil & gas and industrial services: manage crews, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, oversee equipment and costs, support sales/pricing strategies, maintain customer relations, perform project planning and reporting.
