Assist pipefitters and the decommissioning team with equipment removal, demolition, site remediation, tool and area maintenance, and general labour tasks while following site safety procedures and regulatory requirements. On-the-job training provided.

Review, draft, and manage contracts and related documentation across client, supplier, corporate and facility categories. Maintain contract records and systems, coordinate execution and approvals, update templates, produce status reports, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies.

Lead high-pressure water and vacuum field operations in Sudbury, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, crew management, equipment coordination, customer relations, and emergency on-call response. Oversee project efficiency, resource allocation, and employee development while maintaining strict health, safety, and environmental standards.

Assist operators with operation and maintenance of vacuum trucks, hydro-vac, high-pressure water and chemical cleaning units. Perform physically demanding industrial cleaning tasks, work at heights and in confined spaces, complete minor equipment maintenance, follow safety procedures, and support job-site logistics and paperwork.

Coordinate and manage corporate travel bookings, resolve travel disruptions, enforce travel policy, monitor travel contracts and KPIs, negotiate with suppliers, support travel cost reconciliation, and analyze travel data to find cost-saving opportunities.

Operate and maintain vessels on tailings ponds in compliance with Transport Canada and Suncor procedures. Support tailings operations and maintenance, perform routine inspections, safety checks, deck work, report defects, attend meetings and training, work outdoors in all weather and night shifts, maintain certificates and complete fitness and drug/alcohol testing requirements.

Support welders and crew during an industrial turnaround: prepare materials, handle and position steel, operate hand and power tools, load/unload trucks, maintain clean safe job sites, follow PPE and safety procedures.
