Coordinate and administer CEDA’s corporate travel program, including business travel and accommodation bookings. Manage travel emergencies, policy adherence, travel-related contracts, supplier negotiations, traveler improvement initiatives, KPI development, and cost-effective solutions. Support Finance with monthly travel reporting, reconciliation, and analysis. The role requires strong customer service, prioritization, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with occasional weekend and peak-period schedule flexibility.

Leads mechanical services operations in Sudbury, including safety, workforce development, project planning, resource allocation, risk management, customer relationships, business development, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial performance. Collaborates with maintenance, projects, quality, HSE, supply chain, and finance teams while partnering with the General Manager on strategy, continuous improvement, and business growth.

Supports Finance and Operations through project setup, financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, billing variance investigations, system updates, data analysis, and project close-outs. The role maintains accurate project information across field and accounting systems, prepares daily operational reports, organizes Excel-based data, and helps resolve discrepancies. It requires strong organization, analytical skills, intermediate Excel proficiency, and at least three years of relevant contract, project administration, billing, or accounting support experience.
