Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and technical skills, with at least three years of related electrical design experience.

Leads municipal civil engineering projects from design through construction, serving as a client contact and coordinating engineers, designers, and technicians. Develops roadway, water, sewer, and drainage designs; prepares technical reports, specifications, cost estimates, permits, and project records; reviews shop drawings and RFIs; supports QA/QC, billing, meetings, and project administration. Also contributes to estimating, marketing, client development, team training, and project management.

Leads electrical engineering projects from proposal through construction for commercial facilities. Develops studies, calculations, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit MEP; selects materials; oversees construction administration; responds to RFIs; reviews submittals; conducts site observations; supports estimating and business development; mentors design staff; and ensures quality-control standards.
