Build and own enterprise sales for Midnight Labs from prospecting to close. Establish GTM strategy, sales methodology, playbooks, and demos. Close revenue, shape product/pricing, and scale the US enterprise sales function while collaborating with founders, product, and engineering.

Own agency, talent management, and channel partner sales: identify and close agency partnerships, drive partner-sourced revenue, enable and train partners, co-sell, manage pipeline/forecasting in CRM, and build a repeatable partner playbook.

Design and deliver intuitive UX/UI for web and mobile, contribute to and maintain the design system, run user research and usability testing, create wireframes/prototypes/high-fidelity UI, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to take features from discovery to delivery.

Serve as Ceartas' on-the-ground ambassador in LA: create on-camera short-form content, run event activations, manage high-profile creator relationships with discretion, surface piracy and deepfake intelligence to product, and build viral creator-facing programs that position Ceartas as the identity-protection status symbol.
