Lead and manage highway design, analysis, and roadway engineering projects. Develop client relationships, prepare scopes/schedules/budgets, mentor staff, perform and check complex highway calculations and geometric layouts, produce plans and reports, ensure compliance with MassDOT/AASHTO/FHWA standards, and support business development. Travel as needed (up to 25%).

Debris Monitors are responsible for observing and documenting debris cleanup operations post-disaster, ensuring compliance with FEMA regulations, and maintaining detailed reports. They work in various conditions, including boats and on land, often under challenging terrain and weather conditions.

Observe and document contractor debris removal operations to ensure FEMA Public Assistance compliance. Complete load tickets, daily logs, photos, report hazards, verify authorizations, and monitor field, tower, or waterway sites. Mobilize quickly for multi-week deployments and follow safety and reporting procedures.

The Safety Officer ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, develops safety plans, conducts audits, trains staff, investigates incidents, and manages onsite safety protocols.
