Designs and checks highway plans, drawings, calculations, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and PS&E packages. Leads work groups on small and mid-sized projects, reviews shop drawings, performs highway geometry and quantity calculations, supports project meetings and site activities, and guides junior team members. Requires knowledge of highway, right-of-way, drainage, traffic design, applicable standards, and engineering software.

Lead major transportation and highway projects from scope development through design and reporting. The role requires client communication, FEMA systems experience, disaster-condition work, short-notice deployment, teamwork, and a minimum 20-week assignment in Kentucky.
