Support clients in documenting disaster-related losses for FEMA Public Assistance reimbursement: prepare data packages/project worksheets, review documentation, conduct site inspections, quantify damages, define scopes of work, gather grant documentation, and assist project managers on moderate to complex projects. Travel and short-notice deployment required.

Lead major transportation structure and highway projects from design through delivery. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, client relationships, technical reviews, roadway analysis, geometric layouts, specifications, calculations, reports, and multidisciplinary coordination. Provide senior leadership and mentorship to engineering staff while applying MassDOT, AASHTO, FHWA, and local agency standards. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Leads highway design projects and work groups, preparing and checking plans, specifications, estimates, calculations, reports, and contract documents. Performs horizontal and vertical geometry, quantity calculations, shop drawing reviews, and complex highway, drainage, right-of-way, and traffic design. Supports project meetings and site activities, mentors coworkers, applies applicable standards, and uses transportation design software including ORD, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam.
