Lead and manage highway design, analysis, and roadway engineering projects. Develop client relationships, prepare scopes/schedules/budgets, mentor staff, perform and check complex highway calculations and geometric layouts, produce plans and reports, ensure compliance with MassDOT/AASHTO/FHWA standards, and support business development. Travel as needed (up to 25%).

Lead and perform complex highway design tasks including preliminary and final design, PS&E package development, drafting/checking drawings, geometry and quantity calculations, specifications, cost estimates, report writing, and mentoring junior staff. Participate in project/site meetings and provide technical support across offices.

Support clients in documenting disaster-related losses for FEMA Public Assistance reimbursement: prepare data packages/project worksheets, review documentation, conduct site inspections, quantify damages, define scopes of work, gather grant documentation, and assist project managers on moderate to complex projects. Travel and short-notice deployment required.
