Ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, UCC, acquisition regulations, and company policies. Supports proposals, subcontract administration, funding and invoice reviews, financial tracking, reporting, audits, CDRL submissions, and contract deliverables. Maintains contract data in Deltek Costpoint and advises program, finance, business development, legal, and executive stakeholders.

Leads federal and commercial business development focused on GSA OASIS+, MAS, and related contract vehicles. Identifies opportunities, develops capture strategies and win themes, manages pipelines, coordinates proposals, analyzes pricing, maintains agency and teaming relationships, and reports pursuit status to leadership. Requires federal procurement expertise, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM and SAM.gov proficiency, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Administers government and commercial contracts from proposal development through closeout. Reviews solicitations, drafts and negotiates contractual documents, ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, UCC, and company policies, maintains contract files, tracks deliverables and funding, supports financial reviews, performs invoice quality assurance, and coordinates NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and reseller agreements. Collaborates with contracts, finance, operations, program management, and business development teams.

Leads complex security risk management operations, including Assessment and Authorization, continuous monitoring, FISMA compliance, and implementation of NIST and CNSSI security controls. Secures cloud and hybrid environments while applying emerging risk management practices and IC cybersecurity policies. Requires extensive experience across A&A, FISMA, continuous monitoring, Cross Domain Solutions, and cloud security, along with CISM, CAP, GRC, or comparable credentials.

Designs and manages HVAC, MEP, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems for commercial, industrial, retail, educational, and government projects. Responsibilities include site audits, engineering calculations, equipment selection, construction drawings, cost estimating, project budgeting, specifications, QA/QC, shop drawing review, contractor coordination, construction administration, meetings, staffing, and proposal writing.

Designs and manages HVAC, MEP, and fire suppression systems for commercial, industrial, retail, educational, and government projects. Translates Federal, DHS, and Intelligence Community cybersecurity policies into actionable enterprise plans across cloud and on-premises environments, and oversees implementation. Requires at least 10 years of cybersecurity project experience. CISSP or CISM certification is highly desirable.

Leads firewall administration and vendor personnel, coordinating project planning, resource allocation, reporting, issue resolution, and user satisfaction. Installs, configures, and sustains Check Point firewalls, proxy servers, cloud services, and other network appliances. Requires expertise in LAN/WAN operations, information assurance, Department of Defense and Defense Logistics Agency security policies, and incident ticketing. The role requires Secret clearance, Security+ CE or higher, Check Point certification, and an approved cloud certification.

Manages customer-approved infrastructure support projects under a federal contract. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders and subcontractors, directing technical teams, managing tasking, schedules, costs, deliverables, quality assurance, budgets, staffing, and performance. The role also evaluates technical solutions, communicates priorities, resolves personnel issues, and supports financial and status reporting.

Leads implementation, oversight, and continuous evaluation of security controls across enterprise information systems. Executes authorization and accreditation, automates continuous monitoring, applies the Risk Management Framework, and supports secure cloud and hybrid architectures. Requires extensive experience with FISMA compliance, IC cybersecurity policies, Cross Domain Solutions, and cloud security engineering, along with CISM, CAP, GRC, or comparable qualifications.

Performs penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, software assurance, security patch management, and secure cloud and hybrid engineering. Uses automated testing tools and vulnerability assessment methodologies to identify security weaknesses, evaluate system security postures, and improve system protection. Requires extensive cybersecurity experience and CEH and CISSP certifications or comparable expertise.
