Leads cybersecurity and IT project delivery as the primary client and contracting officer contact. Manages overall contract performance, project costs, schedules, technical execution, personnel, operational requirements, and transition-in and transition-out activities.

Provides technical direction for cybersecurity, cloud engineering, agile DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Zero Trust initiatives. Develops cybersecurity architecture and technical plans, applies relevant standards and emerging technologies, and oversees complex engineering execution. Requires at least 10 years of comparable cybersecurity engineering experience, along with AWS, CISSP, and Scrum certification. Additional Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Office 365 certifications are preferred.

Administers moderate- to high-risk government and commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiating, executing, modifying, and closing agreements. Ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, UCC, acquisition regulations, and company policies. Supports proposals, subcontract administration, funding and invoice reviews, financial tracking, reporting, audits, CDRL submissions, and contract deliverables. Maintains contract data in Deltek Costpoint and advises program, finance, business development, legal, and executive stakeholders.
