The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business, managing accounts, generating sales pipelines, and presenting at industry events in Vietnam.

Provide technical pre-sales support to sales teams: prepare product readiness, create sales collateral, train sales/channel partners, support customer onboarding and technical support, gather feedback, and assist with licensing and go-to-market activities.

Provide 24/7 frontline technical support for a global CDN, troubleshoot complex web and networking issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage case resolution, document knowledge, and recommend upgrades or features.
