Lead business and systems analysis across complex software change initiatives. Translate business needs into technical requirements, investigate incidents and root causes, analyse integrations/APIs/data flows, review technical artifacts and code, shape feasible solutions with product and engineering teams, leverage AI-assisted tools, mentor analysts, and support agile delivery and design discussions.

Work with product owners and cross-functional agile squads to elicit and document business requirements, write user stories, refine backlogs, facilitate workshops, investigate incidents, and produce solution design and scoping documentation. Validate AI-generated outputs and support delivery through the software lifecycle while contributing to a BA community of practice.

Design, build and support AWS-based platform services using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD. Investigate and resolve infrastructure and performance issues, automate deployments and operations, contribute to migrations and reliability, and use AI-assisted tools to improve delivery and automation while collaborating with engineering, architecture and security teams.

Build, test, monitor and maintain cloud-ready data pipelines and platform infrastructure using CI/CD, IaC and DevOps. Ensure security, observability and data governance. Use AWS, PostgreSQL and scripting to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot production issues, automate tasks (including AI-assisted tooling), and support stakeholders through documentation and mentoring.

Develop, maintain and own Java-based applications and services; design solutions; deliver secure, tested, scalable features; improve CI/CD and deployment processes; collaborate with product and platform teams; adopt AI-assisted development and contribute to continuous improvement.

Support the Compliance Manager to maintain and operate the compliance program: perform internal audits, support certification audits (ISO, SOC, PCI-DSS), develop policies, report on compliance status, respond to breaches, and advise management and regulators.

Own product vision and strategy for a major value stream; drive roadmap, delivery, commercial impact and go-to-market; use data and AI insights; lead cross-functional teams and mentor Product Managers.

Join agile cross-functional teams to elicit, analyse and document business requirements, write user stories and prepare backlog items. Support the full SDLC, facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, investigate incidents, and validate AI-generated outputs within CDL's AI-enabled delivery environment.

Work as an Agile Business Analyst within retail insurance squads to shape and document requirements, support discovery and delivery, define AI use cases, collaborate with product, data and technical teams, and ensure AI solutions are responsible, safe, and aligned to business outcomes.
