Provides onsite and remote technical support for desktop hardware, software, peripherals, network connectivity, and office equipment. Diagnoses and resolves user issues, manages support tickets, installs and configures systems, supports employee onboarding, applies updates and patches, and escalates complex problems. The role also trains users, maintains accurate support records, identifies recurring issues, and recommends improvements while working in an office and manufacturing environment.

Provides hands-on manufacturing engineering support, troubleshoots equipment and process issues, improves OEE, reduces scrap, leads corrective actions, validates processes, manages tooling and documentation, supports product introduction and automation, analyzes manufacturing data, and partners cross-functionally on quality, safety, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Program and maintain coordinate measuring machine (CMM) scripts, ensure machines are calibrated, perform measurements and Gauge R&R studies, prepare test reports, support QA/inspection, troubleshoot and train operators, and assist engineers with product testing and test resource development.

Perform routine and complex physical tests on materials and products per ASTM/ISO standards, prepare test specimens, operate lab and shop equipment (including CNC), analyze and report results, maintain calibration and safety logs, and support engineering with test-based input and troubleshooting.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AR collections, reconciliations, journal entries, expense review, and AP backup. Support month- and year-end close, audits, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements.

Lead and administer Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and support lifecycles. Manage metadata, provisioning, security roles, data migrations, performance, and deployments. Supervise support team, coordinate with vendors/Oracle, produce design documents, test cases, reports/dashboards, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery.

Designs, programs, integrates, and supports industrial automation systems (PLCs, robots, HMIs/SCADA) for polymer manufacturing. Leads cross-functional automation projects, selects hardware, develops control architectures, creates specifications and documentation, integrates manufacturing data with IT, and ensures projects meet functionality, reliability, budget, and timeline goals.
