Teams at CDI Products

Operate and monitor melt molding equipment to produce polymer/plastic parts; perform equipment setup, process adjustments, material handling, basic troubleshooting, mold inspection and cleaning, follow work orders, and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.

Lead technical ownership of product and process quality: perform root cause analysis, drive CAPAs, manage FMEAs/Control Plans, SPC and capability studies, support APQP/PPAP, audit suppliers, and partner with engineering/operations to ensure manufacturability and compliance.

Program and maintain coordinate measuring machine (CMM) scripts, ensure machines are calibrated, perform measurements and Gauge R&R studies, prepare test reports, support QA/inspection, troubleshoot and train operators, and assist engineers with product testing and test resource development.
