Accounting Manager leading financial policies, process improvements, month-end and year-end close, audits, reconciliations, revenue and investment accounting, reporting, compliance, and finance systems implementation. The role manages Workday and Adaptive Planning initiatives, strengthens internal controls and GAAP compliance, supports enterprise projects, and supervises, mentors, and develops accounting staff.

Provides broad HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, performance management, compliance, HRIS maintenance, employee engagement, and workforce initiatives. Advises employees and managers on policies and employment matters, supports investigations and corrective actions, maintains confidential records, coordinates payroll changes and training, and helps ensure legally compliant and consistent HR practices.

Provides part-time administrative support to the Human Resources department by creating and managing employee badges, organizing electronic and physical personnel files, processing mail and documentation, sending onboarding materials and welcome communications, preparing termination letters, and assisting HR staff with routine activities.
