Owns sales and strategic relationships for assigned national telecom accounts. Develops business opportunities, go-to-market strategies, proposals, pricing, forecasts, and revenue growth plans. Partners with operations, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver broadband OSP engineering and construction solutions. Manages customer communications, RFP responses, presentations, budgets, and service expectations while pursuing profitable growth across fiber optic and HFC networks.

Design outside-plant fiber and coaxial cable routes, interpret field notes and engineering drawings, maintain project drawing revisions, and produce bills of materials, splice sheets, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and quality-control teams while meeting customer specifications, deadlines, and high-volume production standards. The role requires fiber-optic FTTx knowledge, telecom network architecture experience, proficiency with design and GIS software, strong English communication, and attention to detail.
