Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud platforms across Azure and AWS for AI and machine learning applications. The role focuses on infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, Kubernetes, security tooling, reliability, cost optimization, and operational excellence. The engineer partners with development and ML teams, mentors engineers, resolves critical production issues, leads cross-functional initiatives, and participates in an on-call rotation.

Advises automotive repair clients on accounting, financial management, and operational improvements. Assesses workflows and financial statements, identifies process gaps, designs future-state processes, develops action plans, tracks KPIs, delivers training, and leads implementation and continuous improvement. Presents recommendations to client and internal stakeholders while supporting adoption, performance improvement, retention, and renewal. Requires nationwide travel of up to 75%.

Work with the CSO & Innovation team to prototype and implement agentic AI, conversational avatars, mobile demos, RAG/LLM pipelines, dashboards, and 3D assets. Build POCs, lightweight iOS apps, interactive demos, and internal tools while conducting rapid research and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to accelerate AI innovation.
