Manages a South Carolina territory of repair facilities and dealers, providing onsite support, training, product adoption guidance, performance coaching, and customer communication. Identifies expansion and add-on sales opportunities, supports renewals and accounts receivable, and collaborates with sales and implementation teams. The role requires extensive daily territory travel and up to 75% overnight travel.

Provides Tier 1+ local and remote technical support for employees and contractors. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows, Mac, iPad, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, networks, printers, VOIP, conference-room technology, and desktop applications. The role manages tickets, user access, hardware provisioning, onboarding, documentation, knowledge-base updates, and customer communication while escalating complex identity and security issues appropriately.

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts as a trusted advisor: drive upsell/cross-sell, develop account plans, build pipeline, execute sales plays, ensure retention and value realization, collaborate with delivery/product teams, carry an annual ACV quota, and travel to clients and Chicago HQ.
