Coordinates issuer notifications, ticker and CUSIP changes, fund rebranding, stock splits, new listings, auctions, account access, distribution reports, and symbol reservations. Provides first-level support to issuers, custodians, and market makers, resolves trade issues, collaborates with sales and technology teams, helps test system features, updates procedures, and participates in on-call and weekend testing rotations.

Build and maintain high-performance, low-latency Java trading systems for Cboe’s FX platform. Lead architecture and technical direction for distributed, multithreaded, real-time applications; optimize performance, ensure reliability, and resolve critical production issues. Mentor engineers, influence cross-team decisions, translate business requirements into technical solutions, document systems, and promote AI-powered development tools.

Leads full-stack architecture and development across React, C#/.NET, WPF, APIs, and real-time systems. Owns integration, contract, and end-to-end testing across multiple financial products, embedding automated tests into CI/CD release gates. Implements secure communications, optimizes performance, guides architectural decisions, uses AI coding assistants throughout the SDLC, resolves cross-product issues, collaborates with product teams, and mentors engineers.
