Build and operate developer experience infrastructure, including GitHub Actions CI pipelines, Helm charts, Kubernetes services, infrastructure as code, observability, SLOs, deployment automation, incident response, and disaster recovery. Improve software delivery speed and safety through reusable tooling, reliable release and rollback processes, and consistent environments. Collaborate with platform and engineering teams in a regulated financial infrastructure environment.

Leads ETF listing qualification and compliance activities, including reviewing applications, conducting periodic checks, monitoring market activity, assessing anomalous trading and material non-public information, and implementing trading halts. Partners with Listings, Legal, and technology teams to improve processes and develop AI-enabled solutions. Communicates deficiencies to issuers, tracks regulatory developments, and manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced exchange environment.

Provides legal and regulatory counsel to Cboe’s U.S. securities, market data, access services, and exchange-traded product businesses. Responsibilities include drafting and steering securities rules and regulatory filings, advising on exchange compliance, supporting regulatory exams and requests, and counseling cross-functional teams on legal matters. The role also promotes AI, automation, workflow modernization, and responsible adoption of emerging legal technology.
