Leads Cboe’s network automation and tooling function, including a Docker/Kubernetes agent platform, configuration management, telemetry, observability, intelligent alerting, and autonomous infrastructure operations. Manages multidisciplinary engineering teams, defines strategy and governance for agentic AI, partners with executive stakeholders, and drives automation across network, security, and telemetry domains. The role requires hands-on Python, Ansible, cloud-native infrastructure, agentic coding, network automation, Prometheus/Grafana, and safe production change practices.

Manage clearing product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements, feature releases, testing, and delivery for regulated listed products. Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, Operations, clearing members, exchanges, and vendors to align stakeholders, resolve delivery risks, support integrations, and maintain operational excellence. Mentor analysts and contribute to client onboarding and education.

Provide operational support for Cboe exchange trading platforms: monitor environments, escalate anomalies, assist customer and exchange support, run basic SQL/UNIX queries, update documentation, and learn platform APIs and workflows under senior mentorship.
