Manage high-net-worth private client tax engagements, including tax planning, returns, financial statements, reviews, budgets, billing, and client delivery. Serve as a trusted advisor to family offices, investment advisors, and estate and trust firms. Supervise, train, and mentor staff; ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence; support client development, presentations, proposals, cross-selling, and practice growth. Maintain multiple client relationships and contribute to engagement strategy and business development.
