Provides outsourced HR services across onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, employment-law compliance, and employee support. Advises clients and employees on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and regulatory matters; processes payroll and benefit changes; reconciles invoices; resolves tax notices; supports multi-state registrations; and contributes to HR service improvements.

Provides administrative and operational support to attorneys and paralegals, including calendar management, document preparation, client matter opening, filing, meeting coordination, client communications, billing follow-up, records management, and special projects. The role also assists with marketing, social media, client engagement, and business development activities while maintaining accurate, professional service in a fully in-office environment.

Generates new revenue through consultative sales, builds prospect pipelines, develops client recommendations, closes business, and transitions sold clients to service teams. Maintains strategic client relationships, supports retention and cross-selling, documents sales activity, analyzes market trends, and communicates business intelligence to leadership. Requires strong communication, presentation, negotiation, technology, and client relationship skills, along with required industry licenses or credentials.
