Lead and grow the audit practice, serve as trusted client advisor, drive business development, manage budgets, billing and collections, coach and supervise staff, ensure quality control, and participate in senior operations management.

Prepare and review accounting, tax, and audit engagements; manage engagement budgets and timelines; mentor and possibly supervise associates; support billing and practice development; develop specialty practice knowledge and meet charge-hour goals.

Provide Tier 3 support and administration for enterprise VoIP/cloud telephony systems. Troubleshoot complex call quality and configuration issues, perform testing and firmware rollouts, create documentation and training, collaborate with vendors and business partners, and drive service improvements.
