Leads private client tax engagements, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on compliance, planning, consulting, and audits. Manages client relationships, develops new business, trains tax professionals, supervises teams, and contributes to departmental leadership. The role requires advanced individual taxation expertise, including trust, estate, and gift taxation, along with significant public accounting and supervisory experience.

Supports outsourced accounting engagements by preparing client information documents and presentations, responding to client research inquiries, analyzing data with department templates, maintaining market and competitor intelligence, and completing ad hoc projects. Requires strong communication, teamwork, technology proficiency, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, correspondence screening, meeting and travel arrangements, office supply management, basic bookkeeping, greeting visitors, and ad-hoc project work.
