Manage day-to-day website health and digital presence: build and test forms and landing pages, audit site content and SEO, monitor analytics and tracking, create reports, troubleshoot with developers/agency, test across devices, support CRM integrations, and manage digital projects in Monday.com while identifying opportunities to improve the online customer experience and introduce AI-driven processes.

Assemble and build wall panels in a warehouse for new home construction by reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and assembling lumber, using hand and power tools safely, ensuring quality, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with team members.

Support planning, setup, execution, and teardown of company events and sponsorships. Coordinate logistics, supplies, timelines, volunteers, and swag inventory. Provide on-site support including AV setup, capture event content, maintain organized storage, run administrative tasks and errands, and assist with front-desk coverage. Work occasional evenings and weekends and help ensure strong communication and follow-through across event projects.

The Truss Designer is responsible for creating roof truss placement layouts and designs using engineering software while ensuring compliance with standards and providing customer support as needed.

The Truss Sawyer will operate saws for cutting lumber components used in trusses, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
