Serve as the welcoming face of the company by greeting guests, answering and routing calls, maintaining a tidy front office, and providing administrative support to Sales, Marketing, and HR including gift wrapping and employee recognition tasks.

Manage daily operations of multifamily communities including leasing, marketing, occupancy goals, resident relations, rent collection, staff supervision, maintenance coordination, vendor management, lease administration, and compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will support the sales team, manage buyer and lender interactions, and ensure a smooth home buying process from contract to closing.
