Coordinate residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, maintaining accurate paperwork, timelines, and communications. Support buyers, lenders, sales representatives, and internal teams while managing a high volume of files and follow-up tasks. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a full-time, on-site environment, with occasional weekend availability.

Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including vendor statement reconciliations, payment runs, bank deposits, and financial reconciliations. Onboards vendors, maintains job data in Fishbowl, handles daily calls and emails, and provides clerical and operational support to the accounting team. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position based in Meridian, Idaho, moving to Caldwell in 2027.

The Truss Designer is responsible for creating roof truss placement layouts and designs using engineering software while ensuring compliance with standards and providing customer support as needed.
