Leads enterprise network architecture, implementation, and consulting for complex multi-site environments spanning data centers, WAN, cloud, wireless, and security. Supports pre-sales discovery, solution design, proposals, and executive client presentations. Establishes networking standards, mentors engineers, integrates zero-trust security and compliance controls, and uses automation tools such as Ansible, Python, and Terraform. Collaborates with PMO teams and customers to deliver projects and represents the organization in vendor and industry engagements.

Designs and implements complex enterprise networks across data centers, WAN, cloud, wireless, and security environments. Advises enterprise clients, supports pre-sales discovery and solution architecture, develops networking standards, integrates zero-trust security, and automates monitoring and operations. The role also mentors engineers, collaborates with project and solution teams, presents to executives and customers, and represents the company in vendor and industry engagements. Requires extensive enterprise networking experience, advanced routing and switching expertise, and strong consulting and communication skills.

Provides post-sales installation, configuration, support, troubleshooting, and design of advanced IT systems. Delivers technical assistance, customer training, pre-sales engineering, bill-of-materials development, and guidance to customer support teams. Supports Microsoft cloud offerings, coordinates technical activities, maintains certifications, and collaborates with internal and external clients. The role requires independent planning, strong communication, daily travel to appointments, and occasional after-hours work for project-related downtime.

The vCIO oversees client relationships, manages support requests, and develops IT strategies to enhance technology impact on businesses. The role balances proactive and reactive client engagements.
