Supports the IT and AV sales team by preparing quotes, registering vendor deals, analyzing costs, managing vendor and client relationships, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and installations, maintaining sales records, producing reports, and resolving customer issues. The role also handles RFQs, RMAs, clerical duties, and sales administration to enable account teams to focus on core sales responsibilities.

Provides onsite managed IT support and technology alignment services for client organizations. Responsibilities include technology assessments, risk identification, technical documentation, configuration and warranty tracking, Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, ticket resolution, vendor coordination, customer relationship management, and long-term technology planning. The role requires daily client-site visits, customer check-ins, reporting, and participation in a 24-hour on-call rotation.

Oversee audiovisual projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, installations, vendors, internal teams, and client relationships. Lead project teams, monitor progress, ensure quality and timely completion, track expenses and billing, identify cost savings, and conduct post-project evaluations. Requires strong AV project management experience, communication, organization, and relevant safety and industry certifications.
