Document processes, train users, coordinate vendors, and recommend system and integration improvements to ensure stability, security, and data accuracy.

Lead complex audiovisual, unified communications, and videoconferencing integration projects from post-sales through closeout. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, installations, subcontractors, client relationships, documentation, invoicing, and financial performance. Mentor and evaluate Project Managers, balance team workloads, improve project-management processes, and drive operational consistency, profitability, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery. The role requires site visits, construction-site coordination, and occasional physical work.

Leads enterprise network architecture, implementation, and consulting for complex multi-site environments spanning data centers, WAN, cloud, wireless, and security. Supports pre-sales discovery, solution design, proposals, and executive client presentations. Establishes networking standards, mentors engineers, integrates zero-trust security and compliance controls, and uses automation tools such as Ansible, Python, and Terraform. Collaborates with PMO teams and customers to deliver projects and represents the organization in vendor and industry engagements.
