Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) and related Microsoft platforms. Manage Azure and Power Platform resources, security roles and access, licensing coordination, environment governance, performance monitoring, upgrades/patches, integrations, backups, and end-user support. Collaborate with IT and business teams and maintain documentation.

Business Analyst serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams. Develop and manage a territory of small and midsized construction, landscape, specialty trade, and agriculture customers. Conduct telephone and in-person sales, qualify accounts, promote equipment, rentals, parts, service, and support agreements, assess customer needs, and build lasting relationships. Partner with field sales representatives on demonstrations and refer qualified leads for larger opportunities. Maintain account information, grow sales, and deliver strong customer satisfaction.

Serve as a trusted data governance advisor to business partners, implement data management strategies, ensure master data quality during ERP migration, perform data profiling and analysis, define data standards and lifecycle policies, manage data access and integration, and audit data fitness for business use.

Manage EPG projects from planning through commissioning for 20–4000+ kW power generation systems. Develop schedules, budgets ($50k–$20M), coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, lead stakeholders and contractors, perform risk management, maintain project documentation, and manage project financials in NAXT (Dynamics 365). Frequent onsite travel required.

Develop and maintain relationships with small-to-medium construction and agriculture customers to sell machines, attachments, rentals, parts and services. Qualify accounts, update records, perform needs analyses, schedule demos with field sales, and promote dealership solutions to grow sales and customer satisfaction.

Manage and grow a large assigned account base via phone and in-person outreach, qualify prospects, sell machines, attachments, rentals, parts and services, coordinate demos with field reps, perform needs analysis, and build lasting customer relationships to increase sales and satisfaction.

Design, develop, deploy, and support custom Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) and Power Platform solutions. Build X++ customizations, C#/.NET integrations, Power Apps/Automate flows, Azure-based integrations, SSRS reports, and manage CI/CD via Azure DevOps. Troubleshoot production issues, support environment management (LCS, Power Platform Admin), and participate in code reviews and after-hours deployments.

Manage sourcing, valuation, reconditioning, marketing, and resale of used Caterpillar power generation and industrial engine equipment. Drive sales growth through dealer networks, rental fleets, and national accounts; oversee inspections, dyno/load-bank testing, inventory records, pricing strategy, and cross-functional coordination to meet revenue and margin targets.

Designs, implements, and maintains IAM solutions to enforce least-privilege access across enterprise and cloud environments. Manages onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, PAM (credential vaulting/rotation), AD/Entra ID/Azure AD hardening, and integrates identity logs into SIEM. Troubleshoots authentication issues, supports security architecture reviews, audits/compliance, and investigates IAM-related incidents while partnering with IT, network, and business teams.

Prepare and file sales, use, personal property, real estate, excise, 1099 and other tax returns; verify exemption certificates; administer sales tax compliance and internal audits; maintain state registrations and calculate imputed income. Provide tax support to colleagues and customers and perform related tax research and reporting using Microsoft D365 and Office.

Provide technical support and advice for commercial engines across markets, liaise with manufacturers, perform failure analysis and reporting, train and support technicians, assist with Cat Connect system selection, installation, programming, troubleshooting, and warranty guidance, and travel to customer sites.

Provide administrative and first-line technical support for Caterpillar connectivity and third-party monitoring platforms: onboard equipment, troubleshoot communications, train customers, set notifications, maintain billing and dealer systems, prepare reports, and support sales/service teams including occasional onsite assistance.
