Provide technical support and advice for commercial engines across markets, liaise with manufacturers, perform failure analysis and reporting, train and support technicians, assist with Cat Connect system selection, installation, programming, troubleshooting, and warranty guidance, and travel to customer sites.

Provide administrative and first-line technical support for Caterpillar connectivity and third-party monitoring platforms: onboard equipment, troubleshoot communications, train customers, set notifications, maintain billing and dealer systems, prepare reports, and support sales/service teams including occasional onsite assistance.

Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual machines to OEM specs, maintain tight tolerances, perform machine maintenance and quality inspection using gauges, operate cranes and grinders, follow safety protocols, document work, and help develop standard work procedures.
