Provide administrative and first-line technical support for Caterpillar connectivity and third-party monitoring platforms: onboard equipment, troubleshoot communications, train customers, set notifications, maintain billing and dealer systems, prepare reports, and support sales/service teams including occasional onsite assistance.

Inside Sales Representative responsible for managing and growing a territory account base of construction, landscape, specialty trade, and agriculture customers. Duties include qualifying accounts, selling equipment, rentals, attachments, parts, service, and support agreements, assessing customer needs, maintaining relationships, and coordinating field demonstrations and leads with outside sales representatives. The role requires telephone and in-person selling, product knowledge, persuasive communication, and a customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach.

Partners with customers, Sales, and Aftermarket teams to drive adoption of Caterpillar digital products and services. Guides customers through enablement and ongoing use, recommends digital solutions, supports B2B eCommerce and digital procurement participation, interprets engagement signals, assists with UAT and release readiness, and develops knowledge assets and process improvements.
