Partners with customers, Sales, and Aftermarket teams to drive adoption of Caterpillar digital products and services. Guides customers through enablement and ongoing use, recommends digital solutions, supports B2B eCommerce and digital procurement participation, interprets engagement signals, assists with UAT and release readiness, and develops knowledge assets and process improvements.

Leads organization-wide procurement and purchasing activities, including supplier management, negotiations, bidding, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and cost reduction. Modernizes procurement policies and ERP processes, supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 adoption, develops the procurement team, monitors supplier performance, and collaborates with 29 branches to improve efficiency and compliance. Travel within the dealership territory is required as needed.

Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) and related Microsoft platforms. Manage Azure and Power Platform resources, security roles and access, licensing coordination, environment governance, performance monitoring, upgrades/patches, integrations, backups, and end-user support. Collaborate with IT and business teams and maintain documentation.
