Manage Azure and Power Platform resources, security roles and access, licensing coordination, environment governance, performance monitoring, upgrades/patches, integrations, backups, and end-user support. Collaborate with IT and business teams and maintain documentation.

Manage an assigned territory of small-to-medium construction, landscape, trade, and agricultural customers to grow equipment, rentals, parts, and service sales. Qualify accounts, update customer records, perform needs analyses, promote dealership solutions, and coordinate demos with field sales. Focus on relationship-building, customer satisfaction, and lead generation for larger opportunities.
