Ensure schedules support inventory accuracy, shelf-life constraints, traceability, food safety, and SQF compliance.

Leads the Milk Division’s raw milk procurement, balancing, marketing, transportation logistics, plant coordination, customer relationships, financial performance, compliance, and employee development. The role optimizes milk utilization, transportation costs, member returns, customer service, and operational efficiency across the Northeast. It requires strong dairy industry expertise, knowledge of milk markets and regulations, financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead in a dynamic 24/7 operating environment.

Review and verify manufacturing and quality records for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Maintain controlled document systems, prepare audit-ready files, support EDMS implementation, track documentation trends, and collaborate with Production, QA, and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and support product release.
