Supports plant operations across departments, including raw material receiving, employee coverage, training, sanitation, GMP compliance, troubleshooting, product-loss investigations, and basic equipment maintenance. The role ensures adherence to SOPs, SSOPs, food-safety standards, and regulatory requirements while promoting continuous improvement and Five S practices. Work occurs on day or night shifts in a physically demanding food-processing environment with exposure to varying temperatures, allergens, chemicals, and lifting requirements.

Leads process optimization, automation engineering, capital project support, equipment reliability, and sustainability initiatives in a highly automated dairy manufacturing environment. Analyzes production data, troubleshoots PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, and process control systems, supports commissioning and startup, and improves yield, throughput, safety, quality, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Provides technical leadership across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Engineering while mentoring teams and supporting new product commercialization.

Develop and maintain dairy production plans and schedules based on demand, raw milk supply, capacity, inventory, and material availability. Release and monitor ERP production orders, forecast material needs, manage milk utilization and yields, and coordinate with processing, packaging, quality, warehouse, logistics, procurement, sales, and customer service. Ensure schedules support inventory accuracy, shelf-life constraints, traceability, food safety, and SQF compliance.
