Supports CNA development, QAPI initiatives, survey preparation, resident advocacy, safety, abuse prevention, and interdisciplinary quality improvement. Requires an active LPN or RN license in good standing.

Directs and oversees nursing department operations in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include maintaining staffing, scheduling and supervising nursing personnel, developing policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and resident safety, supporting quality improvement and infection control, participating in budgeting and training, conducting rounds, and coordinating resident care plans. Must assume administrator duties when needed and maintain high-quality resident care.

Manages dietary services in a nursing facility, including resident diet planning, menu preparation, meal service, sanitation, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, staff training, and equipment oversight. Conducts dietary assessments, supports the Registered Dietitian, participates in MDS and care conferences, completes resident progress notes, and maintains compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Requires communication with residents, families, and staff, along with the ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and other physical tasks.
