Manage and lead the new and used vehicle sales team to meet or exceed targets. Manage dealership financing by structuring deals, submitting to lenders, making credit decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing contracts, and selling F&I products while maintaining high customer satisfaction and timely contract funding.
