Directs human resources operations, ensuring employment-law, licensing, background-check, and agency-policy compliance. Manages employee relations, legal-mail coordination, HRIS administration, unemployment processing, onboarding, training, supervision, performance evaluations, confidentiality, and required regulatory checks. Participates in agency committees, fundraising, and staff meetings while supporting effective departmental operations.

Develops budgets for grants and contracts, tracks expenditures, prepares financial and compliance reports, records journal entries, reconciles budgets, supports audits, communicates with government agencies and auditors, and maintains contract deliverables and submission deadlines.

Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Quality Assurance department, including assisting with compliance audits, UIR submissions, tracking, documentation, scheduling, communication, and organizational tasks. The role requires strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, independent problem-solving, effective communication, basic math, leadership, and reliable transportation.
