Responsibilities include security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, network segmentation, third-party testing, risk governance, compliance, ITGCs, executive reporting, AI security, vendor oversight, budgeting, and team development. The role requires ensuring security controls protect critical infrastructure without compromising process, personnel, or operational safety.

Manage upstream contracts across strategy, sourcing, negotiation, execution, supplier performance, payables, and closeout. Develop category strategies, RFPs, bid packages, commercial models, risk assessments, and contract documentation for drilling, completions, production, facilities, logistics, maintenance, and related services. Administer MSAs, work orders, purchase orders, equipment rentals, and amendments while partnering with Operations, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE. Support downstream accounting and financial reporting: prepare journal entries and reconciliations, manage month-end close, analyze variances, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, support audits, and collaborate with operations, commercial, supply, and finance teams to improve processes and account for inventory, transportation, and product movements.
