Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for downstream operations. Manage consolidation, close processes, variance analysis, SOX compliance, external audits, and implementation of new accounting pronouncements. Lead electrical engineering for LNG projects: develop HV/MV/LV and protection system designs, perform power system studies, manage estimates/schedules/costs, ensure compliance and technical integrity, support procurement/construction/commissioning, mentor engineers, conduct QA and troubleshooting, and drive modular plant design innovations.

Deliver process design, assurance for commissioning/start-up, and performance test verification for LNG ISBL/OSBL facilities. Collaborate with contractors, operations, marine, and regulatory teams; support HAZOP/LOPA studies; ensure compliance with FERC, PHMSA, DOT, USCG, OSHA, LDEQ; and support FEED through execution.

Lead and provide technical oversight for mechanical engineering across design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and operations for an LNG project. Manage a team, ensure compliance with codes and standards, approve designs and specifications, support EPC and startup phases, drive safety and QA/QC, perform risk assessments (HAZOP), and collaborate with operations and maintenance to ensure schedule, budget, and operational readiness.

Manages minor capital projects for Commonwealth LNG: develop scopes, estimates, schedules, QA/QC, change control, ITB packages, contractor communications, and steer projects through approvals while ensuring safety and compliance.

Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing for materials, equipment, and services. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, support capital projects, optimize costs, improve procurement processes and reporting, and ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Lead general accounting for downstream operations including month-end close, reconciliations, balance sheet ownership (inventory, terminals, transportation), SOX compliance, audits, management reporting, process improvements, system implementations, and team development to support finance and operational stakeholders.

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the legal department including drafting, proofreading, formatting, and maintaining legal documents and contracts; managing electronic records and contract routing/tracking; calendar and meeting coordination; serving as a point of contact for legal inquiries; ensuring confidentiality and compliance; and assisting on special projects.

Design, administer, and improve total rewards programs including base pay, STI, LTI, and deferred compensation. Lead market benchmarking, manage annual pay cycle, build job architecture, support offers and executive benchmarking, ensure regulatory compliance, deliver training, partner with HR/Finance/Legal, and serve as HRIS and external vendor liaison for compensation matters.

Monitor market and operational risk across natural gas, LNG, and related markets. Perform sensitivity, scenario, and stress analyses; track exposures and limits; support hedging evaluation; maintain risk registers and reports; validate data and reconciliations; collaborate with Trading, Middle Office, Project Controls, Finance, and IT to identify and mitigate risks.
