Plan and execute complex drilling programs using Managed Pressure Drilling and HTHP methodologies. Provide technical support to rig-site teams, optimize drilling performance, troubleshoot well-control and formation challenges, coordinate MPD service providers, and ensure HSE and regulatory compliance.
