Serve as a trusted HR advisor for assigned business units while building Caturus Training & Development function. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, HR metrics/insights, and designing/facilitating supervisory and leadership development programs for field and corporate personnel.

Lead enterprise-wide operational readiness and integration across upstream and LNG assets. Develop and execute integration strategy, timelines, and risk mitigation; align IT, operations, engineering, and field teams; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and readiness metrics; ensure safety, asset integrity, and long-term operational reliability.

Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance for major capital projects including an LNG export facility. Coordinate third‑party tax advisors, oversee partnership and corporate tax filings, sales/use and indirect taxes, review project expenditures, manage audits and responses, pursue state/local tax incentives, and advise internal teams to minimize tax liabilities.

Validate and reconcile physical and financial trades, maintain trading positions, investigate discrepancies, support ETRM deal lifecycle and confirmations, perform reconciliations, drive control improvements, and assist system enhancements and UAT to support Trading, Risk, Scheduling, and Finance.

Lead the counterparty credit risk function for natural gas and LNG trading: set limits and terms, assess counterparties quantitatively and qualitatively, monitor exposures and collateral, oversee MTM/PFE and stress scenarios, negotiate credit provisions, and enforce credit policies to support disciplined commercial growth.

Lead and provide technical oversight for mechanical engineering across design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and operations for an LNG project. Manage a team, ensure compliance with codes and standards, approve designs and specifications, support EPC and startup phases, drive safety and QA/QC, perform risk assessments (HAZOP), and collaborate with operations and maintenance to ensure schedule, budget, and operational readiness.

Deliver process design, assurance for commissioning/start-up, and performance test verification for LNG ISBL/OSBL facilities. Collaborate with contractors, operations, marine, and regulatory teams; support HAZOP/LOPA studies; ensure compliance with FERC, PHMSA, DOT, USCG, OSHA, LDEQ; and support FEED through execution.

Lead electrical engineering for LNG projects: develop HV/MV/LV and protection system designs, perform power system studies, manage estimates/schedules/costs, ensure compliance and technical integrity, support procurement/construction/commissioning, mentor engineers, conduct QA and troubleshooting, and drive modular plant design innovations.

Manages minor capital projects for Commonwealth LNG: develop scopes, estimates, schedules, QA/QC, change control, ITB packages, contractor communications, and steer projects through approvals while ensuring safety and compliance.

Execute physical and financial natural gas trades to optimize portfolio value and manage risk. Develop trading strategies, analyze fundamentals, manage supply/transportation positions, collaborate with risk, middle office, schedulers and origination, evaluate tariffs and capacity, and communicate market insights to leadership and counterparties.

Monitor market risk exposures across natural gas, LNG and related markets; run sensitivity, scenario and stress analyses; support VaR, exposure tracking, hedging evaluations, reconciliations, and risk reporting; collaborate with Trading, Middle Office, Finance and IT to ensure data accuracy and risk controls.

Design, administer, and improve total rewards programs including base pay, STI, LTI, and deferred compensation. Lead market benchmarking, manage annual pay cycle, build job architecture, support offers and executive benchmarking, ensure regulatory compliance, deliver training, partner with HR/Finance/Legal, and serve as HRIS and external vendor liaison for compensation matters.

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level clerical support, assists in report preparation, manages calendars and travel, and coordinates meetings and department records.

The Lead Quality Coordinator monitors quality systems, implements corrective actions, ensures compliance, and collaborates with teams to address quality issues.

The Reserves Analyst will manage databases, conduct reserves analysis, generate reports, and support cross-department collaboration in the oil and gas sector.

The Senior Administrative Assistant will support the Finance department by managing schedules, preparing reports, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel, ensuring efficient operations.

The Manager, Project Engineer will oversee small capital projects, ensuring safety, compliance, schedule adherence, and budget management while coordinating across engineering disciplines.
