Lead enterprise-wide operational readiness and integration across upstream and LNG assets. Develop and execute integration strategy, timelines, and risk mitigation; align IT, operations, engineering, and field teams; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and readiness metrics; ensure safety, asset integrity, and long-term operational reliability.

Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance for major capital projects including an LNG export facility. Coordinate third‑party tax advisors, oversee partnership and corporate tax filings, sales/use and indirect taxes, review project expenditures, manage audits and responses, pursue state/local tax incentives, and advise internal teams to minimize tax liabilities.

Serve as financial steward for a multi-year LNG export construction project. Oversee day-to-day accounting, month/quarter/year GAAP financials, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, cost monitoring, audit management, and investor/lender reporting. Build scalable accounting processes, mentor the accounting team, coordinate with tax and CAO, and support selection/implementation of financial systems.
