Prepare consolidated U.S. GAAP financial statements, footnotes, workpapers, disclosures, and audit deliverables for the company and subsidiaries. Support external auditors, monitor accounting pronouncements, assist with consolidations, intercompany eliminations, process improvements, internal controls, financial analysis, and special accounting projects. The role requires timely reporting, strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and collaboration with management and auditors.

Manage quarterly and annual U.S. GAAP and SEC financial reporting for consolidated entities, including statements, disclosures, MD&A, workpapers, and technical accounting research. Coordinate external audits, support SOX controls, monitor accounting pronouncements, and improve reporting processes, systems, data quality, and controls. Lead and mentor reporting staff while collaborating with finance, operations, legal, tax, treasury, FP&A, business units, and auditors.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, KPI dashboards, and strategic decision-making. The role prepares financial analyses and presentations for senior leadership, investors, lenders, and the Board, while evaluating business trends, risks, opportunities, financing activities, and strategic initiatives. It requires strong Excel-based modeling, analytical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
