Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing for materials, equipment, and services. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, support capital projects, optimize costs, improve procurement processes and reporting, and ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Lead general accounting for downstream operations including month-end close, reconciliations, balance sheet ownership (inventory, terminals, transportation), SOX compliance, audits, management reporting, process improvements, system implementations, and team development to support finance and operational stakeholders.

Supports project finance debt and construction equity activities for an LNG export terminal. Responsibilities include building and modifying Excel financial models, cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, diligence coordination, documentation review, lender and investor materials, project reporting, and identifying commercial and budgetary risks. Requires collaboration with executives, advisors, bankers, lawyers, lenders, and technical teams.
