The Completion Engineer designs and optimizes well completion and drill-out programs for oil and gas operations. Responsibilities include engineering analysis, operational modeling, troubleshooting field issues, developing procedures, managing completion costs and vendors, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement. The role collaborates with drilling, production, reservoir engineering, subsurface, and field teams to improve well performance, efficiency, reliability, and economic returns.

Supervise procurement and strategic sourcing across upstream and downstream energy operations. Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, supplier performance, cost optimization, compliance, and procurement reporting. Partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, projects, supply chain, and finance teams to support capital projects, turnarounds, and ongoing operations. Guide procurement personnel, resolve supplier issues, improve processes, and maintain accurate records for audits.

Leads the full lifecycle of LNG contracts, including category strategy, sourcing, RFPs, commercial evaluations, negotiations, contract administration, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and closeout. Partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and HSE teams to support LNG activities. Maintains the annual contracting plan, manages records and reporting, resolves execution issues, and identifies cost-saving opportunities. Domestic travel to field offices, operational sites, vendors, and contractor meetings may be required.
