We’re looking for a bright and passionate Automation Team Lead to join our R&D Core group. In this critical role, you will lead, design, and develop the coverage strategy for our highly scalable and high-performance solution.
You will be part of engineering the backbone of a revolutionary platform, including complex networking topologies and performance optimizations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Automation and System QA engineers
- Responsibility for the overall quality and performance of our backbone platforms
- Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy for complex systems
- Lead the development of automated test code to maximize test coverage and efficiency
- Collaborate with software development leads to identify key areas for automation, prioritize test cases, and manage dependencies
- Mentor and guide Automation and System QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Oversee the operational integrity of lab and testing environments, ensuring reliability for development and testing activities
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Automation Team Leader
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with networking products
- In-depth knowledge of networking, network protocols, switching, routing, etc
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
- Experience in performance and stress testing – an advantage
