Provide strategic regional financial leadership and oversight for country and program offices: budgeting, grant accounting, financial controls, ERP and reporting improvements, audit support, cash management, monthly financial reviews, capacity building, and acting as principal finance business partner to regional leadership.

Provide technical advice and support to design and implement productive alliances between producer organizations, market actors, and service providers. Strengthen organizational capacity, facilitate market linkages and access to finance, support proposal design, deliver training and coaching, and monitor performance and lessons for adaptive management and scaling.

Manage and implement earthquake emergency response projects in Venezuela with partner Caritas Venezuela. Ensure partnership quality, program design, MEAL-informed monitoring, financial oversight, capacity strengthening, proposal input, and learning to deliver WASH, shelter, food, protection/MHPSS assistance.

Lead project design and capture for strategic funding opportunities, advise teams on proposal development and MEAL, facilitate design workshops, maintain ProPack resources, track donor trends, and support capacity-building and cross-regional coordination to produce competitive proposals.

Provide MEAL technical advice and capacity strengthening to country teams and partners across RAPID and EMPOWER projects. Support MEAL system design and implementation, digital data-collection tools (Kobo/CommCare), data management, analysis, visualization, feedback and complaints systems, proposal MEAL components, and documentation. Conduct trainings, capture lessons learned, and represent CRS with donors and partners to improve program quality and accountability.

Lead strategy and management for U.S. Church fundraising programs (notably CRS Rice Bowl and the CRS National Collection). Develop campaign approaches, coordinate cross-team planning (content, fulfillment, digital marketing), analyze performance and research, advise senior leadership, liaise with US Church partners, and scale engagement to meet fundraising goals.

Lead and manage a portfolio of global fraud investigations and case management, ensuring adherence to policies, donor regulations, timely investigation cycles, remediation planning, reporting, capacity building, and process improvements. Supervise and mentor staff, support recruitment, and strengthen internal controls across country and regional teams.

Lead MEAL for Ukraine humanitarian response and recovery programs: design and oversee MEAL systems, data management, evaluations, learning, and ICT4MEAL; contribute to proposal MEAL design and budgeting; provide technical support and capacity strengthening to staff and partners; manage MEAL team performance and resources to improve program quality and impact.

Manage and provide technical oversight of the Basic Needs Consortium (BNC), lead governance bodies, ensure project quality and donor compliance, drive learning and proposal development, manage staff and partners, oversee budgets and MEAL implementation, and represent the consortium with donors and stakeholders, including travel to Gaza (up to 30%).

Provide finance and operations support for global awards across start-up, implementation, reporting, compliance, and close-out. Monitor budgets and funding ceilings, coordinate transactions and donor reporting, support audits and financial compliance, develop cost applications and forecasts, and advise country teams and subrecipients using Oracle and standard CRS systems.

Provide regional financial analysis and reporting for CWARO country programs, review performance vs. budget, support proposal budgeting, audits, ERP and grant setups, deliver training, conduct periodic country support visits, and contribute to global finance improvements.

Advise and support cooperative development programs: contribute to program design and implementation, build partner capacity, coordinate stakeholders, ensure safeguarding and compliance, and support monitoring, reporting, and operational readiness.
