Lead national MEAL design and implementation for the FCI project, manage qualitative and quantitative data systems, ensure donor compliance, support learning and capacity strengthening for partners, produce reports, and represent MEAL findings to stakeholders to improve program quality and scale.

Provide administrative, logistical, data management, and operational support for the LWEP project, including scheduling, meeting support, travel and accommodation coordination, asset and inventory management, payment request processing, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining documentation for donor compliance and audits.

Lead and manage Component 3A of the LWEP in Liberia, ensuring timely implementation, donor compliance, budget oversight, partner coordination, MEAL/MIS data use, safeguarding, and team leadership to achieve livelihoods and women’s economic empowerment outcomes.

Lead MEAL design and implementation for a Cuba humanitarian response, manage data collection and analysis, ensure donor compliance, strengthen partner capacity, communicate findings, and support learning, reporting, and MEAL-related budgeting and planning.

Lead design, implementation, and oversight of MEAL systems for the Global Fund Malaria/RSSH project. Manage MEAL staff, integrate program data into DHIS2, develop tools and SOPs, conduct DQAs and LQAS, analyze HMIS/LMIS data, ensure compliance with Global Fund requirements, strengthen partner capacity, disseminate learning, and support proposal design and MEAL-related reporting.

Provide technical advice and support for health information systems integration, interoperability, data quality, and routine program data use.
