Leads finance, HR, supply chain, administration, ICT, security, and audit operations for the CRS Mali country program. Ensures compliance with donor requirements, organizational policies, GAAP, and local laws; strengthens financial stewardship, risk management, safeguarding, security, staffing, and operational systems. Oversees budgets, audits, ERP use, climate-action initiatives, staff development, and partner capacity building while supporting strategic planning and high-quality program delivery.
