Provide transactional and operational HR support across recruitment, compensation administration, global mobility, and HR operations. Coordinate hiring activities, process compensation requests, manage mobility documentation, maintain HR records and systems, respond to employee inquiries, assist audits and reporting, and support HR projects and process improvements to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.

Lead national MEAL design and implementation for the FCI project, manage qualitative and quantitative data systems, ensure donor compliance, support learning and capacity strengthening for partners, produce reports, and represent MEAL findings to stakeholders to improve program quality and scale.

Support implementation of safeguarding and accountability across FCI activities in Nigeria: manage safe reporting channels, document and refer concerns, maintain trackers, deliver awareness and training, support feedback mechanisms, liaise with partners and program teams, and contribute to learning and program improvement to protect children and vulnerable adults.
