Lead CRS programming in Jordan with strategic direction, program design, partner capacity strengthening, MEAL implementation, donor engagement, business development, and coordination with regional teams. Ensure program quality, financial stewardship, safeguarding, learning, and occasional coverage support across JWBG.

Provide technical guidance to integrate Disaster Risk Reduction and Anticipatory Action across programs, support proposal design and donor compliance, strengthen partner and staff capacity, advise country teams, monitor and analyze program performance, and represent CRS with donors and peer organizations to share best practices.

Lead MEAL strategy, implementation, capacity building, and learning across CRS Philippines and FSM. Design monitoring systems, evaluations, surveys, accountability mechanisms, data quality assurance, and ICT4D/GIS-enabled data management. Supervise MEAL officers, support proposal MEAL design, generate learning products, and coordinate with partners and government to improve program quality and adaptive management.
