Lead and manage a five-year donor-funded health program in Liberia, ensuring donor compliance, high-quality service delivery, partner coordination, staff oversight, budgeting and subaward management, program learning, security risk mitigation, and sustainable transition to government and stakeholders.

Coordinates and supports child protection and early childhood development project activities with government, local partners, communities, and faith-based networks. Monitors implementation, identifies challenges, supports evaluations and data collection, prepares reports and documentation, assesses partner capacity needs, and contributes to technical assistance, case studies, and continuous program improvement.

Provides technical leadership and subject-matter expertise in child protection, care, and development systems in Malawi. Responsibilities include advising government and partner organizations, strengthening policies and standards, delivering training and coaching, supporting integrated implementation, using MEAL data for adaptive learning, monitoring technical quality and safeguarding risks, and contributing to reports, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder networks.
