Part-time Community Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of a 30-unit affordable housing community: leasing, recertifications, rent collection, resident communication, maintenance coordination, inspections, recordkeeping, financial and compliance reporting, vendor management, and enforcement of lease and housing rules. Works independently and collaboratively to ensure resident services and property standards.

Manage daily operations of a 67-unit affordable housing community: enforce policies and leases, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee budgets and invoices, coordinate maintenance and resident services, handle leasing and eligibility, and resolve tenant issues to maintain a safe, well-maintained environment.

Provide clerical and program support for Diversion services: handle calls, maintain HIPAA protocol, manage schedules and on-call coverage, open/close client charts and run audits, verify financial eligibility via ProviderOne, schedule appointments, coordinate with courts and law enforcement, maintain supplies and program records, prepare outreach materials, attend meetings, and assist Program Manager with administrative tasks and special projects.

Provide peer support to individuals in psychiatric hospitals through discharge and for up to 120 days post-discharge. Engage clients, develop wellness plans, assist with community reintegration, independent living skills, and referrals. Document services in EMR, coordinate with providers, attend supervision and trainings, and perform outreach including long-distance travel across multiple counties.

Provide friendly, HIPAA-compliant front desk and clerical support: answer phones, greet clients, manage schedules, verify insurance, collect payments, maintain office supplies and equipment, handle mail, and support clinicians with letters and forms. Perform opening/closing duties and cover two office locations as needed.

Compile, review, and submit client data into EHRs and reporting systems for behavioral health programs. Ensure documentation compliance, scan and upload records, run and correct reports, post services timely, resolve data discrepancies with clinical staff, complete discharges, protect PHI, and provide backup support for data staff.

Provide broad HR support including compliance, records management, performance management, employee relations, compensation, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS and timekeeping support, investigations, unemployment and workers' compensation processing, and training. Requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency and occasional travel to agency locations.

Provide clerical and administrative support to Crisis and Outpatient teams, manage calls, scheduling, filing, meeting coordination, data/report compilation, calendar and expense management, and represent the agency at community meetings as assigned.

Provide outreach, screening, eligibility determination, case management, referrals, and voucher administration for kinship caregiver families across multiple counties. Coordinate with community agencies, maintain records and reports, lead support groups, develop materials and newsletters, participate in trainings and technical assistance, and travel as needed to meet clients.

The Case Manager provides case management and care coordination for outpatient behavioral health clients, developing individualized service plans and connecting them with community resources.

The Independent Living Skills Case Manager assists youth transitioning from foster care by providing skills training and support in various life domains. Responsibilities include skill development, coordination of services, outreach, and documentation of progress, while maintaining collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.

The Community Manager oversees property operations, ensures compliance with regulations, maintains occupancy, manages budgets, and fosters resident relations.

The Regional Director of Community Engagement builds partnerships within the community, supports service delivery improvements, and fosters a collaborative internal culture at Catholic Charities.
