Greet clients, answer multi-line phones, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect payments, handle mail and office supplies, perform front-desk opening/closing, and support clinicians while maintaining confidentiality and a calm reception area.

Perform insurance billing, coding, claim submission and follow-up, cash posting, coordination of benefits, and denial management across departments. Ensure accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, authorization management for ABA services, refunds/recoups processing, and respond to staff and payer inquiries. Participate in managed care updates and special projects as assigned.

Provide curriculum support, coaching, observation, and consultation for early learning classrooms to ensure compliance with WA childcare licensing and quality standards. Deliver training, model best practices (CLASS, Environmental Rating Scale), support children with special needs, assist with staff hiring and onboarding, track documentation and data, implement social-emotional curriculum, and back up Program Managers as needed.
