Supports current and former foster youth ages 15–23 in transitioning to independent living. Provides individualized and group life-skills training, goal setting, motivational interviewing, resource navigation, advocacy support, outreach, and service coordination. Maintains participant engagement, develops community partnerships, documents client activities, and completes required reports. The role requires travel across assigned counties, occasional evening work, and collaboration with youth-service professionals.

Provides administrative and clerical support for early learning programs, including reception, scheduling, billing, subsidy invoicing, enrollment, attendance, meal counts, records, compliance documentation, inventory, ordering, and facility maintenance coordination. Maintains confidential child and family information, supports program managers and finance staff, and helps ensure effective center operations. The role requires professional communication, accurate recordkeeping, multitasking, computer proficiency, and regular physical activity.

Supports daily HR operations, including employment-law compliance, records management, performance management, employee relations, compensation administration, onboarding, training, and benefits administration. Maintains accurate employee and benefits data, resolves billing and enrollment issues, supports investigations and unemployment claims, and advises employees and supervisors on HR policies and sensitive workplace matters. The role also participates in recruiting, organizational events, special projects, and travel to agency locations as requested.
