Manages daily operations of a multifamily housing property, including rent collection, leasing, resident relations, maintenance oversight, budgeting, compliance, staffing, inspections, vendor coordination, and financial reporting. The role verifies resident eligibility and income, handles notices and tenant hearings, ensures Fair Housing compliance, responds to resident concerns, and maintains accurate property records. The manager must also be available for after-hours emergencies.

Processes multi-location payroll, including employee changes, time records, deductions, tax filings, quarterly reports, reconciliations, W-2s, garnishments, and payroll-related journal entries. Supports HR, benefits, leave administration, audits, and employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with Washington and federal regulations. Uses Paycom, Sage Intacct, HRIS, and Microsoft Office tools.

Provides clinical and administrative supervision to licensed behavioral health staff, oversees credentialing, documentation, quality, productivity, training, performance management, and evidence-based practice implementation. Maintains a small outpatient caseload and participates in program, clinical, and community meetings. Requires a relevant master’s degree, Washington clinical licensure, clinical supervision experience, an Approved Clinical Supervisor credential or eligibility, a driver’s license, and background clearance.
