Provides bilingual front desk and clerical support by answering calls, greeting clients, managing schedules, processing mail and payments, verifying insurance, maintaining office supplies, and supporting clinicians and staff. Ensures confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, accurate records, and a welcoming reception environment. Requires occasional travel between two office locations for coverage and meetings.

Manages daily operations for tax-credit senior housing and USDA farmworker properties. Responsibilities include leasing, resident income recertifications, compliance with LIHTC and USDA regulations, budgeting, invoicing, staff supervision, property inspections, resident relations, occupancy, maintenance coordination, reporting, collections, and tenant issue resolution. The role requires ensuring safe, well-maintained properties and responsive resident services while complying with housing, landlord-tenant, fair housing, and funding requirements.

Supports daily HR operations, including employment-law compliance, records management, performance management, employee relations, compensation administration, onboarding, training, and benefits administration. Maintains accurate employee and benefits data, resolves billing and enrollment issues, supports investigations and unemployment claims, and advises employees and supervisors on HR policies and sensitive workplace matters. The role also participates in recruiting, organizational events, special projects, and travel to agency locations as requested.
