Manage daily operations of a 67-unit affordable housing community: enforce policies and leases, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee budgets and invoices, coordinate maintenance and resident services, handle leasing and eligibility, and resolve tenant issues to maintain a safe, well-maintained environment.

Provide peer support to individuals in psychiatric hospitals through discharge and for up to 120 days post-discharge. Engage clients, develop wellness plans, assist with community reintegration, independent living skills, and referrals. Document services in EMR, coordinate with providers, attend supervision and trainings, and perform outreach including long-distance travel across multiple counties.

Provide clerical and program support for Diversion services: handle calls, maintain HIPAA protocol, manage schedules and on-call coverage, open/close client charts and run audits, verify financial eligibility via ProviderOne, schedule appointments, coordinate with courts and law enforcement, maintain supplies and program records, prepare outreach materials, attend meetings, and assist Program Manager with administrative tasks and special projects.
